Hard-to-Resist Grilled Chicken

Are you looking to cook up a delicious meal this weekend? If so, look no further. Our amazing grill chicken is sure to wow your entire dinner table as they ask for me. We’re warning you, you should probably make more for seconds.

We usually make this for family gather because it’s generally easy and it’s simple to make. Once, we had our cousins fight over the last piece, and it was hilarious. But honestly, we can’t blame them to want more! They’re tender, tangy, and absolutely delicious upon every bite. Don’t believe us? Just make some for yourself.

Grilled Chicken Ingredients

3 lbs skin-on chicken tenders
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 green bell pepper
1/4 cup honey
3 cloves garlic
6 small onions
salt and pepper (optional)

Grilled Chicken Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the oil, soy sauce, honey, and pepper. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Poke a few holes on the chicken to easily absorb the spices, and then rub all content on it. Cover and let this marinade for about 2 hours.

Preheat your grill to medium heat. For a gas grill, turn off one of the grills after the preheating process. If you’re using a charcoal grill, you can add the coals to one side.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and let the extra sauce drip. Place the skin side on the cooler part of the grill. Cover it for 20 minutes until it is golden brown. Remove from the grill and let it cool. Serve and enjoy your meal!
