Kosher Chicken Wraps

Kosher food sounds complicated to make when you’re not familiar with the practice. Truth be told, it’s actually quite easy! No, we’re not just saying that because we’re a restaurant! At home we are the cooks of our family, and we understand that coming up with dinner plans (let alone kosher) can be headache! So, we’ve come up with a few more recipes here to make your dinner plans a lot more easier! Let’s get started!

What you’ll need:

3 cups rotisserie chicken

¾ drained black beans

1 cup yellow corn

½ finely chopped red onion

⅓ chopped cilantro leaves

⅓ cup bbq sauce

1 tablespoon mayo

3 tablespoon sour cream

salt (to taste)

pepper (to taste)

Tortilla wraps

1 head of lettuce

3 sliced tomatoes

Directions:

-Toss chicken, corn, beans, onions, and cilantro in a bowl.

-In another bowl, mix bbq sauce, sour cream, pepper, salt, and mayo. Pour this over the other bowl of mixture.

-Stir well to get all the flavors balanced.

-Warm tortillas, and top them with lettuce and tomatoes once they are cooled. Add ½ cup of mixture.

-Roll and enjoy!
