Chicken piccata is your go-to mouth-watering meal that leaves everyone in the dinner table asking for more. This is why we’ve come up with a delicious kosher recipe just for you! How did we come up with the idea? Well, when we were at a friend’s house, they served just that. Long story short, we never looked back! Shall we get started?
What you’ll need:
3 skinless chicken breast
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup chicken stock
½ cup lemon juice
7 tbsp butter
6 tbsp olive oil
⅓ cup fresh parsley
¼ rinsed capers
Drizzle salt and pepper with the chicken breasts. Add all-purpose flour and shake excess.
Use a large skillet for this next step. In a medium-high heat, melt the half of the butter along with the half of the olive oil. Once the oil begins to sizzle, add the two pieces of chicken breasts and cook each side for about 3 minutes. When the chicken is browned, set it aside.
On another skillet, bring the lemon juice, capers, and chicken stock to boil. Check for the seasoning. Add the chicken, and let this simmer for about five minutes. Plate the dish and garnish it with fresh parsley.
We hope that you enjoy this! Until next time!
