Roasted ribs are a delicious treat specially at the family table. Who says that kosher food is boring? We completely disagree with this because there are so many ways to enjoy the joy of kosher without having to sacrifice any of its practices. To prove it, we’ve come up with this amazing ribs recipe! Let’s get cooking, shall we?
What you’ll need:
1 rib roast (four beef at about 9-10 lbs)
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp ground pepper
3 tbsp salt
Make sure that the meat is thawed before cooking. Preheat your oven at about 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Slather the oil around the edges of the meat. In a separate bowl, combine pepper, salt, and flour and rub this combination on the meat. Set the meat in a pan and place inside the oven. Roast the meat for about 20-30 minutes, and then lower the heat to 350. Continue roasting it for about 15-20 minutes until the temperature inside of the meat is at 125 degree Fahrenheit (this is for medium rare). Enjoy!
